During the testing process, the sample is clamped between two friction cups, which move relative to each other through a positioning mechanism. The load comes from the load-bearing module to achieve load application. The multifunctional friction testing machine can simulate the friction and wear process of material surfaces under different motion states by controlling the speed of the motor and the load of the load module. At the same time, it also has the function of real-time data acquisition and analysis, which can be controlled by software to obtain parameters such as friction coefficient, wear amount, surface morphology, etc., thus achieving in-depth research on the friction performance of material surfaces.

1、 Main purpose:

1.
