This series adopts the theory of solid-liquid two-phase flow and is designed according to the principle of small loss. The geometric shape of its flow components conforms to the flow state of the medium, reducing local and hydraulic losses caused by eddies and impacts, thereby reducing the wear of the flow components, improving hydraulic efficiency, reducing operating noise and vibration. The flow components of this series of pumps are made of high hardness and high chromium alloy material, which has high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and improved impact performance, thus increasing their service life.
This series of slurry pumps has innovations in hydraulic design, structural design, and other aspects. The flow components are made of self-developed high chromium wear-resistant alloys that are resistant to abrasion. The pump can be immersed in a pool or pit for operation without any shaft seal or shaft seal water.
