The moisture loss measuring instrument is a heat and moisture exchanger (HME) for humidification of human respiratory gases in anesthesia and respiratory equipment according to YYT 0735.1-2009 Part 1: HME for minimum tidal volume of 250mL、 ISO 9360-1-2000 Anesthesia and respiratory equipment - Heat and moisture exchangers (HMEs) for humidifying human respiratory gases - Part 1: Heat and moisture exchangers for use with a minimum tidal volume of 250mlA brand new, highly automated HME testing equipment developed and designed based on customer usage habits and requirements. This device is mainly used to test the performance of heat and moisture exchangers that simulate the human body, mainly detecting the moisture loss value during the use of HME. It mainly consists of six parts: bidirectional airflow generator, HG (moisture generator), lifting bracket, air delivery system, electronic scale, calibration HME, etc. In addition, it also includes electrical control part and some accessories.

The degree of automation is high, and the entire testing process requires no human intervention except for the need to plug and unplug pipes and cables during weighing to avoid their impact on the test results, ensuring that there are no human errors in the test results;
