BC6066 Ordinary Bullhead Planer
Bullhead planer is mainly used for planing flat surfaces, forming surfaces, and grooves on small and medium-sized workpieces in single piece and small batch production.
The main motion of small and medium-sized planers is mostly driven by a crank rocker mechanism. Large planers often use hydraulic transmission, and the slider moves at a constant speed. The return stroke speed of the slider is greater than the working stroke speed. Due to the use of a single blade planer and no cutting during the return of the slider, the productivity of the planer is relatively low. The main parameter of the machine tool is the maximum planing length. There are mainly three types of planers: ordinary planers, imitation planers, and mobile planers. A regular planer is equipped with a slide pillow and a planer blade for horizontal linear motion. The blade holder can rotate by one angle in the vertical plane and can be manually fed. The worktable carries the workpiece for intermittent horizontal or vertical feed motion and is commonly used for machining flat surfaces, grooves, and dovetail surfaces. A profiling planer is an additional profiling mechanism added to a regular planer for processing shaped surfaces, such as turbine blades. The slide pillow and slide seat of the mobile planer can also be installed on the bed(Horizontal) or upright (vertical) movement, suitable for planing local planes of oversized workpieces.
Its main features are: 1The worktable of the planer can rotate left and right, and the worktable has a fast moving mechanism for horizontal and vertical movement; Used for planing inclined planes, thereby expanding the range of use. 2. The feed system of the planer adoptscam mechanismThere are 10 levels of feed rate. Changing the amount of cutting is also very convenient. 3. The planer is equipped with an overload safety mechanism in the cutting system. When the cutting is overloaded due to careless operation or external force, the cutting will slip on its own without damaging the components, ensuring the normal operation of the machine tool. 4. The lubricating oil pumped out from the oil pump is used for circulating lubrication between the slider and the bed guide rail, as well as between the gear pair with speed and the main sliding guide rail surface. 5. The planer is equipped with a clutch and a braking and stopping mechanism, so when changing speed, starting the machine, and stopping, there is no need to cut off the power supply. The braking and stopping mechanism can ensure that the inertia stroke of the slider when the clutch is disengaged is not greater than 10 millimeters. The planer is mainly used for planing flat surfaces, forming surfaces, and grooves on small and medium-sized workpieces in single piece and small batch production. The workbench can rotate left and right, and has a fast moving mechanism for horizontal and vertical movement; Used for planing inclined planes, thereby expanding the range of use.
