The ATOS solenoid valve is composed of an electromagnetic coil and a magnetic core, and is a body containing one or more holes When the coil is powered on or off, the operation of the magnetic core will cause the flow to pass through the valve body or be cut off, in order to change the direction of the fluid The electromagnetic components of the solenoid valve consist of a static iron core, a moving iron core, coils, and other components; The valve body is composed of slide valve core, slide valve sleeve, spring base, etc The electromagnetic coil is directly installed on the valve body, which is enclosed in a sealed tube,

Form a concise and compact combination. The solenoid valves we commonly use in production include two position two-way valves, two position three-way valves, etc. The so-called two position refers to the charging and discharging of the solenoid valve, and the opening and closing of the controlled valve. When there is current passing through the coil, excitation is generated, and the fixed iron core attracts the moving iron core. The moving iron core drives the valve core to retract the spring, changing the position of the bath core and thus changing the direction of the fluid When the coil loses power, it relies on the elastic force of the spring to push the slide valve core, pushing the iron core back and forth to make the fluid flow in the original direction.

The common faults of ATOS solenoid valve are that the solenoid valve does not operate, and should be investigated from the following aspects:

(1) If the electromagnetic N connector is loose or detached, the electromagnetic valve cannot be powered, and the connector can be tightened.

(2) The solenoid valve coil is burnt out. The wiring of the solenoid valve can be removed and measured with a multimeter. If there is an open circuit, the solenoid valve coil is burnt out The reason is that the coil is affected by NJ, causing poor insulation and magnetic leakage, resulting in excessive current inside the coil and burning out. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent rainwater from entering the solenoid valve In addition, if the spring is too hard, the reaction force is too large, the number of turns in the coil is too small, and the suction force is not enough, it can also cause the coil to burn out

(3) The solenoid valve is stuck. The clearance between the bath valve sleeve and the valve core of the solenoid valve is very small, and it is easy to get stuck when mechanical impurities are introduced or the valve body rusts. The fundamental solution is to dismantle the electromagnetic cabinet, remove the N-core and valve core sleeve, clean them with CCI4, and make the valve core move flexibly inside the valve sleeve. When disassembling, attention should be paid to the assembly sequence of each component and the external wiring position, in order to reassemble and wire correctly. If it is a pilot operated solenoid valve, it is necessary to check whether the probe difference in the pipeline is too small. If the probe difference is too small, the solenoid valve cannot work properly. In this case, a direct acting solenoid valve needs to be selected. However, if the probe difference is too large, far beyond the design value of the solenoid N, it cannot function properly. In this case, a high angle solenoid valve should be used.

(5) The dirt in the pipeline blocked the small hole of the pilot valve, causing it to fail to open properly and the main valve to fail to open in a timely manner. The valve can be disassembled, cleaned of dirt, and reassembled to operate normally.

(6) In addition, solenoid valves are generally installed horizontally. If they are installed on the side, it may cause the valve to not close tightly, that is, internal leakage. It should be avoided to install them remotely

Selection criteria for ATOS solenoid valve:

1. Select the solenoid valve based on pipeline parameters: diameter specification (i.e. DN), interface method

1) Determine the diameter (DN) size according to the on-site pipeline inner diameter size or flow requirements;

2) Interface method, generally>DN50 requires flange interface, ≤ DN50 can be freely selected according to user needs.

2. Select the material and temperature group of the solenoid valve based on fluid parameters

1) Corrosive fluids: corrosion-resistant solenoid valves and all stainless steel should be selected; Edible ultra clean fluid: It is recommended to use food grade stainless steel solenoid valves;

2) High temperature fluid: It is necessary to choose electromagnetic valves made of high-temperature resistant electrical materials and sealing materials, and to choose piston type structures;

3) Fluid state: up to gaseous, liquid, or mixed state, especially when the diameter is greater than DN25, it must be distinguished;

4) Fluid viscosity: Usually below 50cSt, it can be freely selected. If it exceeds this value, a high viscosity solenoid valve should be used.

3. Selecting solenoid valves based on pressure parameters: principles and structural types

1) Nominal pressure: This parameter has the same meaning as other general valves and is determined based on the nominal pressure of the pipeline;

2) Work pressure: If the work pressure is low, the principle of direct action or step-by-step direct action must be selected; When the working pressure difference of Z is above 0.04Mpa, direct acting, step-by-step direct acting, and pilot operated can all be selected.

4. Electrical selection: The voltage specifications should preferably be AC220V or DC24, which are more convenient.

5. Choose based on the duration of continuous work: normally closed, normally open, or continuously powered on

1) When the solenoid valve needs to be opened for a long time and the duration exceeds the closing time, the normally open type should be selected;

2) If the opening time is short or the opening and closing time is not long, choose the normally closed type;

3) However, for some working conditions used for safety protection, such as furnace and kiln flame monitoring, the normally open type cannot be selected, and the long-term electrified type should be selected.

6. Select auxiliary functions according to environmental requirements: explosion-proof, check, manual, waterproof fog, water shower, and diving.
