Venturi filter fertilizer applicator

The Venturi fertilizer applicator is installed in parallel with the control valve of the water supply pipe at the entrance of the micro irrigation system or irrigation area. When in use, the control valve is turned down to create a certain pressure difference before and after the control valve, allowing water to flow smoothly through the branch pipe of the Venturi fertilizer applicator. The vacuum suction generated by the water flow through the Venturi pipe evenly sucks the fertilizer solution from the open fertilizer bucket into the pipeline system for fertilization.

The Venturi fertilizer applicator has the characteristics of low cost, easy use, stable fertilizer concentration, and no need for external power. Its disadvantage is that it has a large pressure loss and is generally suitable for small irrigation areas. The working pressure of the thin-walled porous tube micro irrigation system is relatively low, and a Venturi fertilizer applicator can be used.
