Product Details

1UV aging chamberIntroduction:
(1) UV aging chamber, also known as UV ultraviolet aging test chamber.
(2) UV aging chamber is mainly used for coatings, inks, paints, resins, plastics, printing and packaging, aluminum profiles, adhesives, automotive and motorcycle industries, cosmetics, metals, electronics, electroplating, pharmaceuticals, etc. Compliant with ASTMG53-77 specifications GB, GJB, MIL, ASTM, CNS, IEC, JIS, AATCC, DIN, Fed Test, BS, SAE standards.
(3) The UV aging chamber can simulate the hazards caused by sunlight, rainwater, and dew on materials. QUV uses fluorescent ultraviolet (UV) lamps to simulate the effect of sunlight exposure, and uses cold simulated moisture rainwater and dew to test the tested material in a cyclic program of alternating light and moisture at a certain temperature. QUV can reproduce the hazards that occur outdoors for months to years by testing for several days or weeks. The types of hazards include fading, discoloration, loss of gloss, powdering, cracking, turbidity, foaming, brittleness, strength degradation, and oxidation.

IIUV aging chamberMain functions:
In the UV accelerated aging testing machine, the fluorescent UV lamp of the UV lamp can reproduce the influence of sunlight, and the condensation and water spray system can reproduce the influence of rainwater and dew. The temperature is controllable throughout the entire testing cycle;
A typical testing cycle typically involves exposure to ultraviolet light at high temperatures and a dark, humid condensation cycle with a relative humidity of 100; Typical applications include paint and coatings, automotive industry, plastic products, wood products, adhesives, etc.

4UV aging chamberStructural features:
1. The outer shell and inner liner are made of high-quality stainless steel material, and the sample holder is composed of an aluminum alloy frame type base frame liner plate and tension spring;
2. The main controller is an intelligent digital display controller with user-friendly operation methods that are easy to learn and use;
3. The input adopts a digital calibration system with built-in commonly used thermocouples for stable measurement;
4. It has positional adjustment and AI artificial intelligence adjustment functions, and multiple alarm modes;
Although ultraviolet (UV) light only accounts for 5% of sunlight, it is the main lighting factor causing a decrease in outdoor durability, as the photochemical reaction of sunlight increases with decreasing wavelength. Therefore, when simulating the destructive effects of sunlight on material physical properties, it is not necessary to reproduce the entire spectrum of sunlight. In some cases, only short wave UV light needs to be simulated;
The reason for using UV lamps is that they are more stable than other lamps and can better reproduce test results;
7. Using fluorescent ultraviolet lamps to simulate the effects of light on physical properties, such as decreased brightness, fading, peeling, etc. Yes, most ultraviolet fluorescent lamps produce ultraviolet light, rather than visible and infrared light. UVA-340 is a good choice for simulating sunlight ultraviolet rays;
8. UVA-340 can simulate the critical short wave wavelength range of sunlight spectrum, which is the spectrum with a wavelength range of 295 to 360nm. UVA-340 only produces in
The spectrum of UV wavelengths that can be found in sunlight;
UVB-313 is used for large-scale acceleration tests, and UVB-313 can quickly provide test results. The short wavelength UV they use is stronger than the UV light waves commonly found on the Earth's surface. Although these UV lights, which are much shorter than natural wavelengths, can greatly accelerate experiments;
10 exposure methods: steam condensation mechanism;
11. After the specified irradiation time, the surface of the sample enters a simulated non irradiated state at night. At this time, the surface of the sample is still heated by a saturated mixture of hot air and water vapor in the exposure chamber, while the back of the sample continues to be cooled by the surrounding air, forming an exposed state of condensation on the surface of the sample.
12. UV irradiation sensor (optional);
13. The UV aging chamber is equipped with a UV irradiation sensor, which is a high-precision photometric control system that allows users to select the desired light intensity. It can continuously monitor and automatically maintain the light intensity.
