Overview

This series of pumps belongs to single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pumps, and the overcurrent components are made of steel lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). It is a product that has been improved and updated based on UHB. This material is currently the new generation of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant engineering plastics for pumps. Its outstanding advantages include excellent wear resistance, impact resistance (especially low-temperature impact resistance), creep resistance (environmental stress cracking resistance), and excellent corrosion resistance among all plastics.

2. Features: Corrosion resistant and wear-resistant, versatile with one pump, suitable for both acidic and alkaline clear liquid slurries.

3. Structure: (1) The pump body is made of steel lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, with a lining thickness of 8-20mm.

(2) There are two types of impellers: separated and closed, which can be selected according to the condition of the medium.

(3) Sealing: K-type power seal.

4. Applicable media: sulfuric acid with a concentration of less than 80%, nitric acid with a concentration of less than 50%, hydrochloric acid of various concentrations, liquid alkali, suitable for both clear liquids and slurries.

5. Main technical parameters: operating temperature -20 ℃~80 ℃ (can be increased to 105 ℃ for special requirements and modified materials), inlet diameter of 32mm to 250mm, flow rate of 5-600mm ³/h, and head within 50m.
