3、 Workflow:

When the oil filter is working, the oil that needs to be filtered is sucked into the strong magnetic filter under the action of external atmospheric pressure and vacuum suction. Through the strong magnetic filter element, large particles of impurities and metal shavings are filtered out. The oil containing small impurities is heated by a heater and enters a three-dimensional vacuum flash tower. Under the action of the spray device, the oil is dispersed into a mist and sprayed onto the three-dimensional flash evaporation ball ring, forming a very thin oil film (with a thickness of 0.025mm), causing the oil film curve to move downward, resulting in a large aeration area and aeration time retention process, thus conducting a thorough separation process of demulsification, dehydration, and degassing. The evaporated water is discharged through the drainage valve, and the gas is discharged through the vacuum pump. After removing water and gas, the oil passes through the oil pump and enters the secondary filter and precision filter to filter out particles and impurities in the oil, which is the purified clean oil. The entire purification process has been completed.

The ultimate vacuum is ≤ 5Pa and the working vacuum is ≤ 35Pa, keeping the oil temperature constant during processing, meeting the needs of vacuum pumping on the transformer body during installation or maintenance, and greatly shortening the oil processing period. After processing,The withstand voltage value can be increased to above 75KV, with a moisture content of less than 3-5 PPM and an accuracy of 3-5 microns.
