When the machine is in operation, corn ears enter the working compartment through the feeding hopper. The active shaft is connected to the motor through a belt pulley and a V-belt, generating a speed of 550-600 revolutions per minute. The active shaft is designed with a spiral roller to push the corn ears towards the outlet, and the rubber roller has a metal block for cutting open the corn ear foreskin. The cut foreskin is clamped and torn off by the rotating rubber shafts on both sides, thus achieving the purpose of peeling.
