Introduction to the mainframe of horizontal tensile testing machine
The host adopts a horizontal frame structure, with a stroke of 1500mm for the oil cylinder, a distance of 25m between the stretching jaws, a test space width of not less than 800mm, and a center height of not less than 700mm for the equipment. The two crossbeams with stretching jaws, the fixed crossbeam, and the thrust crossbeam are all precision machined from cast steel, and all fixtures are precision machined after heat treatment with alloy steel. The overall design bearing capacity of the frame structure is 4000kN, ensuring the precision, stability, and reliability of the testing machine.
The oil cylinder is fixed on the cylinder seat, and the protruding end of the piston rod is sequentially installed with a spherical centering device, a load sensor, and a thrust crossbeam. The proximal crossbeam is equipped with guide wheels and limit wheels. During the experiment, the wheels roll on the guide rail to overcome friction and ensure the accuracy of the test force. At the same time, automatic adjustment of concentricity is necessary when stretching the specimen, ensuring the accuracy of the force value and deformation of the specimen.
The high-precision load sensor used in the host has high comprehensive accuracy, high sensitivity, and good repeatability. After random calibration, it is not affected by external forces during the test, ensuring the accuracy of the test process and parameters. Calibration, simple and convenient.
