Frozen mixing grinderIt is a grinder that can be ground in a low-temperature freezing environment. For some difficult to process samples, low-temperature freezing grinding can be used to grind and crush the samples.
A multifunctional instrument mainly developed for the analysis of a small number of samples in the laboratory, which has shown excellent performance in the experiment of breaking and extracting DNA/RNA from animal and plant cells. It can quickly and efficiently grind and homogenize in a very short time and under vibrations with frequencies up to 35Hz. Under suitable grinding conditions, some samples can reach sub micron level.

Frozen mixing grinderIt can be ground dry, wet, or frozen at low temperatures. The equipped grinding tank and adapter can handle two sample volumes ranging from 0.2ml to 45ml. The automatic center positioning and safety locking device make AM100 very suitable for cell lysis and DNA/RNA extraction of biological samples. The various materials of grinding tanks are suitable for applications in multiple industries. Agate and zirconia are excellent samples for preventing heavy metal pollution in soil, while tungsten carbide and stainless steel can also be used in the mining industry.

The grinding tank undergoes circular radial vibration in the horizontal direction, and the grinding balls inside collide with the sample under the action of inertia. This continuous reciprocating motion makes the sample reach the desired particle size. In addition, the movement of the grinding tank and the movement of the grinding ball are combined to make the sample more thoroughly mixed. When several small grinding balls are added to the tank, the collision and friction between the balls make the sample more effectively broken.
