1.3 Refrigeration System
1.3.1 System concept: This type of experimental model adopts the industry's temperature balance technology (single-stage automatic cascade system), which uses two different refrigerants and different evaporation temperatures to change the cooling effect of the refrigerant through an electromagnetic valve, thereby achieving the ideal low temperature for single-stage automatic cascade refrigeration and truly realizing the refrigeration of a single compressor.
1.3.2 Compared to the previous method of using two-stage cascade refrigeration for temperatures below -35 ℃, the energy consumption is very high and the noise from both compressors is also high. The application of this technology can minimize customers' operating costs and extend the lifespan of compressors to the greatest extent possible, saving electricity costs throughout the equipment lifecycle.
1.3.3 Refrigeration compressor: The refrigeration cycle system is composed of a French imported "Taikang" fully enclosed compressor.
1.3.4 Refrigerant: Use environmentally friendly refrigerants R404a and R23 (excluding CFCs) that are not prohibited by the Montreal Convention, London Amendment, or new US Environmental Protection Agency laws.
1.3.5 Refrigeration evaporator: A corrugated fin refrigeration evaporator is used, located in the air duct interlayer at one end of the test chamber, and is forced to ventilate by a blower motor for rapid heat exchange.
1.3.6 Auxiliary components: We also use imported components for other auxiliary components in the refrigeration system of this test chamber, such as solenoid valves, filters, etc; If using Italian CASTEL solenoid valves, bypass valves, check valves, etc., other accessories also use domestic * brand refrigeration accessories.
1.3.7 Low temperature pipeline: High quality oxygen free copper pipes and nitrogen filled welding are used for low-temperature pipelines (traditional methods use ordinary copper pipes, and direct welding methods can easily cause oxides to form on the inner wall of the copper pipes, causing blockages in the refrigeration system and preventing or slowing down the cooling of the test chamber).
1.3.8 A condensate drain pan is installed at the bottom of the refrigeration system and discharged outside the box.
1.3.9 Vibration reduction: Adopt compressor rubber pads and spring vibration reduction measures; The refrigeration system pipeline adopts the method of adding R and elbows to avoid the deformation of copper pipes caused by vibration and temperature changes, which may cause the refrigeration system pipeline to rupture.
1.4 Air duct system
To ensure a high uniformity index, the test chamber is equipped with an internal circulating air supply system and air ducts. Inside the air duct interlayer at one end of the studio, heaters, refrigeration evaporators, and fan blade devices are distributed. Multiple fans are used to circulate the air inside the box. When the fans are running, the air in the working chamber is sucked into the air duct from the lower part, heated or cooled, and blown out from the homogenizer. The air exchanged with the test sample in the working chamber is then sucked into the air duct and repeatedly circulated to meet the temperature and humidity setting requirements.
