Maintenance of front mounted sun drying machine：

1. Before storage, the machine should be cleaned thoroughly, checked for severe wear or damage, and replaced or repaired in a timely manner. Clean the soil, broken rods, seeds and other debris inside and outside the machine, dry them in the sun, and park them in the hangar.

2. Remove all belts, clean them thoroughly, fasten labels, and hang them on the wall inside the hangar for storage. Remove the chain and clean it in diesel (or kerosene). After drying, soak it in engine oil for about half an hour and remove it. Apply butter and wrap it in kraft paper. Store it in a ventilated and dry place.

3. Carefully inspect all parts and replace them promptly if excessive wear, deformation, or damage is found; If any welding or riveting parts are found to have detachment or cracks, they should be repaired in a timely manner. If there is paint peeling off from the outside of the machine, methods such as repainting or oil coating can be used to prevent rusting.

4. Strictly lubricate each component according to the lubrication diagram and oil requirements of the machine. If necessary, replace the chassis, gearbox, hydraulic oil, etc. Apply engine oil or butter to the parts that are subject to friction during machine operation, and touch up the paint on the areas that have peeled off.

5. If diesel is used, the diesel engine of the machine should be equipped with insulation sleeves or curtains. Pay attention to the pour point of the selected fuel grade. Generally, the pour point should be a few degrees lower than the local temperature and have good ignition performance.

6. Drain the water inside the water tank of the sun drying machine to prevent freezing and damage to the water tank, or add coolant to the water tank, with the condensation point of the coolant required to be at the local temperature.

7. Add winter or seasonal engine oil to the engine oil port of the sun drying machine. When changing the oil, run the engine slowly to heat it up, making it easier to drain the original oil.

8. Store in a cool and dry place.
