Ozone sterilization content detection sensorThe ozone gas concentration detection transmitter adopts a cast aluminum explosion-proof shell as the protective shell, and has the characteristics of small size, light weight, and easy installation. The electrochemical ozone sensor is used as the ozone concentration detection element to convert the ozone concentration content into an electrical signal. The weak electrical signal is amplified by the amplifier and sent to the microprocessor for signal processing by the transmission board, and then converted into a standard (4~20) mA current signal, which is transmitted to the required upper computer equipment. The connection between the transmitter and the upper equipment only requires a two core cable, and the connection does not distinguish between positive and negative polarity. It superimposes the signal with the power supply, which can both supply power to the equipment and transmit signals, greatly solving the difficulty of on-site construction wiring and making equipment debugging, installation, and maintenance faster and more convenient. In addition, this transmitter measures accurately, responds quickly, has a long lifespan, is stable and reliable, and is very suitable for places that require monitoring of ozone concentration such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, and environmental monitoring.
