The main unit of this machine is a four column, double screw, and oil cylinder bottom mounted structure, and the control oil source is a cabinet type oil source control cabinet. The stretching space is located above the host, and the compression, bending, and shear tests are located below the host, between the crossbeam and the workbench. The adjustment of the experimental space at Lhasa Psoriasis Hospital is achieved by moving the middle crossbeam, and the lifting of the middle crossbeam is driven by a chain. Adjust the oil inlet of the oil delivery valve to achieve material tensile, compression, bending and other tests. After the test is completed, the tensile strength, yield strength and other test results of the material can be automatically calculated and printed.

This series of testing machines meets the requirements of GB228 and uses the Windows 9x operating system as the working platform. The program adopts an open database structure definition, and the standard configuration includes national standards GB228-87, GB/T228-2002, GB7314-87 and other test methods. Special test methods can be customized according to user requirements;

◆ Digital display of tensile and compressive test forces and peak values in stages or non stages, with an accuracy of ± 1% of the starting value at 20% of each range (stages) or ± 1% of the full range value at 2% (non stages), and can be automatically calibrated;

◆ Digital display deformation in 4 levels or no levels, with an accuracy of ± 0.5% FS (level) starting from 20% of each range or ± 0.5% of the displayed value of 2% of the full range (no level), and can be automatically calibrated;

Simultaneously record force time, deformation time, force deformation, and force displacement test curves, which can be switched and observed at any time, zoomed in and out freely, moved horizontally or vertically, and sampled in real-time at high speed;

Using human-computer interaction to analyze and calculate the mechanical performance indicators of the test material, the elastic modulus, yield strength, non proportional elongation stress, etc. are automatically calculated at the end of the test (the data analyzed may vary depending on the test method). On the basis of automatic analysis, the analysis results can also be manually corrected to improve the accuracy of the analysis;

The experimental data adopts a database management method, which automatically saves all experimental data and curves. It has a built-in report manager, and users can customize the report format and print experimental reports according to their needs;
