The instrument innovatively adopts direct oil injection technology, a semiconductor cooled ultra-low temperature mist chamber, and oxygen assisted injection to eliminate the serious carbon deposition in organic samples, greatly improving the applicability of the instrument.

1. High precision airflow control system

The plasma gas, auxiliary gas, carrier gas, and oxygen in the operation of the instrument are all controlled by high-precision mass flow controllers (MFCs), which have continuously adjustable flow rates and high accuracy in output airflow, ensuring the accuracy of test data.

2. Constant temperature system with precision *

The overall optical path of the instrument is protected by a precision constant temperature system, and the temperature control can be set in real time according to the actual environmental temperature of the customer's laboratory, without the need for long-term continuous adjustment. The temperature control accuracy is ≤± 0.1 ℃, and the precision constant temperature system ensures the stability of the optical path, resulting in more stable test data.

3. High degree of instrument automation

The degree of automation of the instrument *, except for the power switch, all operations are completed by software. Intelligent software that can provide real-time feedback and information prompts for various operations.

4. Fully automatic ignition and matching technology

The software can automatically ignite with one click, and all parameter settings changes are automatically completed. Combined with advanced automatic matching technology, the ignition success rate is high and the operation is simple.

5. Intelligent flame monitoring function

The instrument is equipped with a fiber optic sensor with sensitivity *, which can monitor the working condition of the flame in real time while the instrument is in operation. In case of abnormal flameout, the instrument can be automatically turned off.

6. Safe and reliable solid-state RF power supply

The RF power supply used in the instrument has small size, high output efficiency, stable output power, and various safety protection functions such as water, gas, and overload, greatly improving the safety of the instrument and reducing its failure rate.

7. Peristaltic pump injection device

The instrument is equipped with a high-precision peristaltic pump with four channels and twelve rollers, which can simultaneously ensure the accuracy of sample injection and prevent liquid accumulation. The rotational speed of the peristaltic pump is continuously adjustable to meet various testing requirements of customers.

8. A specialized injection device with excellent performance

In response to the high volatility of oil products, a self-developed refrigeration system has been installed to cool the sample to -20 ℃ for injection, ensuring the stability of the sample and increasing atomization efficiency. The test results are more stable and accurate.

9. Ultra high resolution optical path system

The instrument is equipped with an imported grating with ultra-high resolution 4320 engraved lines, combined with * optical path adjustment technology, which reduces the resolution of ordinary instruments from about 0.008nm to within 0.005nm. The higher resolution ensures that there is no mutual interference between test elements.

10. Automatic adjustment of observation position

The instrument adopts a two-dimensional mobile platform design, which can adjust the position of the torch tube in real time through software. The correct observation position can be found through feedback signal values to obtain better sensitivity and accurate testing results.

11. Sensitivity * detector

The instrument is equipped with a high-sensitivity imported photomultiplier tube (PMT) as the detector, which can automatically set test parameters for different elements to achieve ideal detection state and provide accurate test results. No need for refrigeration, no need for blowing, long service life.

12. Ultra low usage cost

When the instrument is not in operation, the power supply, cooling water tank, and gas are all turned off without any cost. The instrument can be used immediately without the need for prolonged preheating of the optical path. Using argon gas with a purity of 99.99% is sufficient, eliminating the need for high-purity argon with a purity of 99.999%, resulting in cost savings of at least one-third.


2、 Instrument advantages:

1. There are many testing elements, and more than 70 types of elements can be tested.

2. Multi element simultaneous testing, testing all elements simultaneously in one injection.

3. Fast analysis speed, about 5 elements per minute, expandable to 10 elements per minute.

4. The detection limit is low, and the vast majority of elements can reach the ppb level.

5. Wide linear range, up to 5-6 orders of magnitude, can achieve simultaneous testing of high and low content without the need to replace standard curves.

6. Oil samples do not require digestion and can be directly tested on the machine after simple processing.


3、 Application areas:

1. Determination of rare earth elements in oilfield tracers.

2. Elemental content in petrochemical raw materials such as methanol and ethanol.

3. It can determine the content of more than thirty elements in crude oil and its ancillary products.

4. Elements such as sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, aluminum, iron, nickel, copper, zinc, chromium, etc. are present in automotive urea.

5. It can achieve direct injection determination of gasoline and diesel without complex digestion operations, and can determine elements such as silicon, phosphorus, iron, manganese, and lead.

6. It can determine the content of more than 20 wear elements in lubricating oil and its additives, and can be tested on the machine with simple dilution. Optional high salt atomizer can be used to directly measure the content of wear elements in the lubricating oil after use.

4、 Method characteristics:

The method of direct injection testing for oil products adopts the imported Conostans-21 multi-element mixed oil standard from the United States and PremiSolv (TM) ICP diluent (used to replace aviation kerosene), ensuring the accuracy of the standard oil and the purity of the diluent. Combined with the instrument performance of the whole machine and the self-developed oil injection application method, the testing process is simpler, more convenient, and the data is more stable and accurate. Ensure that even personnel without professional background can proficiently master the entire operation process. The petrochemical industry has strong applicability and promotion.
