• Structure&Working Principle
  

• Cleaning machineIt consists of a transmission system, frame, rake teeth, traction chain, underwater guide wheel, auxiliary grid, main grid, slag blocking plate, etc. The transmission system drives the rake teeth to rotate up and down along the guide rail through the traction chain. The rake teeth descend from the rear of the grate and run backwards to the front of the grate through the underwater guide wheel at the bottom. From bottom to top, the floating objects blocked by the grate are dragged along the baffle to the slag discharge port and unloaded onto the conveyor belt or garbage truck.

• 1. Main structure

• (1)The grille body is an integral structure, assembled and debugged on a dedicated platform, and tested in an empty machine8It can only be shipped within hours to ensure assembly quality and simplify on-site installation workload.

• (2)This machine adds a movable sub grid in front of the main grid, with the spacing between the movable sub grids being consistent with the main grid. The slag of the movable sub grid is picked up by long rake teeth, effectively preventing the slag in the sewage from passing through the bottom of the grid and the accumulation of dirt at the bottom.

• (3)The chain adopts a specially designed wide chain plate stainless steel chain, and the safety factor of the chain is not less than6And equipped with a sprocket tension adjustment device. When operating in the chain groove, there is no need to add other slag blocking devices to effectively prevent slag from entangling in the chain groove and avoid jamming.

• (4)The transmission mechanism is installed on the top of the frame, using a horizontal cycloidal pinwheel reducer and equipped with an over torque protection device (shear pin) to effectively prevent damage to the motor reducer caused by overload. And equipped with a protective cover, easy to disassemble and assemble.

• (5)The cleaning rake teeth come in two forms, one is a long rake and the other is a short rake. The long rake has a large amount of slag, while the short rake has a clean rake.

• 2. Working principle The toothed rake is fixed on the chain, and the chain runs along the guide rail. The toothed rake descends from the rear of the grate and runs from the bottom to the front of the grate. From bottom to top, it pulls the floating objects blocked by the grate along the baffle to the slag discharge port and unloads them into the slag truck. The control system implements fully automatic control, which can automatically start and stop according to time. If there is excessive torque, it will give an alarm in a timely manner and automatically stop the machine immediately. Carry out work without supervision.
