Freeze dried products have poor rehydration, poor clarity, or the presence of impurity particles. The cause of such problems is improper control of solution formulation or freeze-drying process. If the concentration of the substance is too high, or if the temperature rises too quickly during the sublimation stage, the product will undergo local melting and concentration, forming small hard lumps after freeze-drying, resulting in poor solubility and clarity. The solution is to reduce the solution concentration or appropriately lower the sublimation stage temperature. Another possibility is that the reverse diffusion of silicone oil or vacuum pump oil vapor may result in poor clarity or impurities after reconstitution.
Prepare frozen materials:
1.Before the experiment, the material to be tested should be placed in a low-temperature cabinet such as a refrigerator or freezer and frozen at a certain temperature≤-30℃The freezing time shall not be less than48hour The materials required for the experiment must be frozen solid.
2.The pre freezing temperature varies depending on the freezing point of the test material, and the test material must be fully frozen.
3.If the test material is a suspended liquid, the liquid solution should be centrifuged and precipitated before freezing, and then pre frozen to increase the freeze-drying speed.
