Precautions for MAC valve installation: Do not install any products, and do not close the air (exhaust system) and electricity to the machine. The product should only be installed by qualified and knowledgeable personnel who understand the specific valves, pneumatic pipelines, and electrical connections (if applicable). The flow path through the valve is displayed in the catalog using standard or standardized organization type graphic symbols. Do not install unless these symbols and valve functions and actions are understood. If using air line lubrication, do not use any other recommended lubricating oil. MAC solenoid valve product features:

Perform element leakage sealing throughout the entire pressure range to facilitate ball cleaning and pipeline maintenance of the pipeline system. Accept special molding process, lining the lining material on the inner wall of the valve housing, which can withstand the erosion of strong acid and alkali media. Remote pneumatic valve: The pilot valve provides signal pressure, and the remote pneumatic valve should have sufficient supply and exhaust capacity to provide active pressurization and drainage power lines. The wire should be opened when the exhaust valve is powered off. Most MAC valves can be ordered for manual operation. When operated manually, it is designed to move the position of the valve to the same position as the corresponding solenoid valve or remote air for the pilot operator, if it is activated. Attention must be paid to ordering a type, if available, which will be safe in the physical location of manual operation in the system. If manually operated valves are intentionally or accidentally operated, it may cause personal injury or property damage, and a manual operation should not be used.
