Capable of conducting strength tests and analysis on precision springs such as tension springs, compression springs, disc springs, tower springs, leaf springs, card springs, leaf springs, composite springs, gas springs, mold springs, and irregular springs, including tension, pressure, displacement, and stiffness.
The machine adopts a high-precision and stable fully digital AC servo speed control system and servo motor as the driving system. The control software is the core of the control system, and the control and data processing software with Windows as the operating interface realizes the screen display of test force, test force peak value, beam displacement, test deformation and test curve. All test operations can be automatically completed on the computer through the mouse.
