Product Overview

The QBY series pneumatic diaphragm pump uses compressed air as the power source and can pump and absorb all kinds of corrosive liquids. It has been adopted by many domestic petroleum, chemical, electronic, ceramic, and textile system units and installed in various special occasions to pump media that cannot be pumped by conventional pumps, achieving satisfactory results. It can also be divided into cast iron, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy according to user requirements.

Product Features

No need for water injection, wide flow barrier, allowing for the transportation of both flowing liquids and difficult to flow media. It has many advantages such as self-priming pumps, submersible pumps, shielded pumps, mud pumps, and impurity pumps. This pump can work immersed in a medium without the need for oil lubrication, and even when running idle, it has no impact on the pump. The head and flow can be infinitely adjusted through the opening of the air valve. The standard suction lift is up to 7m, the head is 50m, and the outlet pressure is ≥ 6kgf/c ㎡.
