The high-throughput intelligent microwave digestion instrument adopts microwave non pulse continuous automatic frequency conversion control, which extends the service life of the instrument and the uniformity of electromagnetic waves. The chamber adopts a large volume of 52L, specially made of stainless steel chamber material, and a self-locking buffer explosion-proof furnace door. When the reaction is abnormal, the buffer structure ensures the personal safety of the operator and the integrity of the furnace door structure. The furnace door and chamber are tightly combined, and microwave leakage meets national standards. The instrument adopts a temperature and pressure dual control system to control the pressure and temperature of the synthesis experiment, with real-time display, 360 ° continuous rotation, uniform microwave, ensuring the same microwave environment for each sample and improving the consistency of experimental results.

Microwave digestion of diarrhea caused by high temperature
Microwave digestion can cause damage to the inner tank due to the pressure generated by excessive temperature, resulting in deformation of the inner tank cup mouth. The reasons for this situation are:
1. The inner tank mouth or lid is contaminated and absorbs microwaves.
During the digestion process, the temperature monitored by the sensor is the solution temperature and cannot monitor the temperature at the tank mouth. If this situation occurs, the temperature at the tank mouth will exceed the programmed temperature and may reach over 260 degrees Celsius. At this time, both the inner tank mouth and lid will soften, and the pressure resistance will be greatly reduced, resulting in pressure relief. To avoid this situation, it is necessary to regularly check whether the inner can and lid absorb microwaves.
2、 陶瓷管断。
After the ceramic tube is broken, if the sample continues to be made, the main control tank will not be able to maintain the pressure and the temperature will not be maintained. At this time, the instrument will consider the power insufficient and increase the power, and other digestion tanks will experience temperature loss and pressure relief.
3. The digestion tank is unevenly placed inside the cavity.
The microwave in the microwave digestion instrument is evenly distributed inside the cavity, but the microwave has a certain penetration thickness. If there are two digestion tanks surrounding the main control tank, the cavity itself has six reflection surfaces. The microwave from two reflection surfaces is absorbed by the two digestion tanks around it, and the power of the main control tank absorbing the microwave is reduced by one-third. For example, if 5 samples are digested simultaneously, and two samples are placed around the main control tank and spread across from it, the efficiency of the main control tank in absorbing microwaves will be greatly reduced, which will cause the temperature of other digestion tanks to exceed the temperature of the main control tank. Once the temperature and pressure reach the limit, pressure relief will occur.
Precautions for Microwave Digestion Instrument:
1. During digestion, ensure that there is no water on the inner and outer walls of the outer tank, and no water on the outer wall of the inner tank, and keep the furnace chamber dry.
2. All volumetric flasks, pipettes, beakers, digestion tanks, etc. must be soaked in nitric acid for 8-12 hours
