The QYZSB-50A grating indicator calibrator is developed and manufactured by Jiangsu Quanyi Metrology Technology Co., Ltd. in accordance with the JJG201-2008 "Indicator Gauge Calibration Instrument" calibration regulations. It can calibrate 19 types of gauge indicators listed in China's calibration regulations, including indicator gauges, inner diameter gauges, lever gauges, and large range dial gauges. It can also calibrate micrometer gauges, imperial gauges, and digital displays. In addition, special specification indicators can be used to calibrate any stroke within the range of the instrument. The instrument automatically processes data according to the national metrological verification regulations, displays and prints the verification results.

2、 Product features:

1.After the calibration personnel install the indicator, they select the information of the tested meter through the menu on the instrument LCD screen. The instrument follows the relevant national metrological calibration regulations

Starting the calibration process, the grating is manually rotated. When the pointer of the tested meter reaches the calibration mark, the instrument samples regularly and saves the actual reading of the grating to calculate the error at that point. After the entire process is checked, the instrument automatically calculates and saves the data, and finally prints out the calibration results that comply with the regulations (including forward and reverse error data, various indication errors, and conclusions).
