5 [Computer based insertion and extraction force testing machineSoftware Function]:

Several curves can be printed on a single A4 paper at the same time. Pulling the scroll bar allows you to freely select the curve number to be printed, and you can also export its curves to other programs, such as electronic files .

Automatically display the current peak insertion and extraction forces and their corresponding displacement values on the curve.

1. All test conditions are input and automatically stored by the computer: load measurement range, travel measurement range, total measurement times, measurement speed, measurement direction, pause time, dwell time, starting position detection, etc.

2. It can display the current insertion and extraction force values and displacement changes in real time, and can simultaneously display: load stroke (kgf mm) curve graph, life decay curve graph (kgf time), test conditions, insertion&extraction values, current test values (force value, displacement, tested times), or switch to display dynamic impedance displacement screen.

3. Upper and lower limits can be set, and the software will automatically determine whether it has passed or failed.

4. The test data can be set as needed for visual printing, and can print: plug-in curve (load stroke)+life attenuation curve+test data, test data, etc. The inspection report can automatically calculate: minimum value, average value, difference, standard deviation, etc.

a) Host: Main component configuration list

1. It is driven by a Panasonic AC servo motor from Japan and comes with a 2500rp high pulse encoder. It has high-precision positioning accuracy, low noise, high torque, excellent repeatability, and can be used for a long time;

2. Through high-precision ball screw transmission, high efficiency, smooth operation, and low noise;

3. Optional X-Y axis moving table (with a movement accuracy of 0.1mm) can be used to quickly clamp the rotating shaft (finished product) and improve testing efficiency;

4. The setting of the operation buttons on the front panel of the host can be separated from the computer, making it convenient for specimen holding and origin detection.

b) Measurement:

1. Adopting American made TRANSCELL ® High precision explosion-proof load cell (± 0.02% F.S) measures insertion and extraction forces to obtain more accurate measurement values;

2. Transmit sensor signals to the computer through a hardware card (high-speed A/D conversion card) via RS-232 interface;

3. Software: A self-developed Chinese interface software based on Windows 98, Win ME, Win2000, and Win XP operating systems. All test parameters are directly input by the computer, and test data, as well as insertion and extraction curves and life decay curves, can be automatically stored, accessed, analyzed, and printed.
