Working principle of air suction circulation grain dryer:

The drying principle of the air suction circulation grain dryer is that the motor drives the fan to lift the hot air and grain through the air duct in the middle of the drying chamber to the top (downstream circulation). The grain and wind are separated at the top, and the grain naturally falls into the chamber and flows naturally to the bottom cone angle before being lifted to the top by the hot air, thus achieving the batch circulation drying process. The hot air enters the inner cylinder of the chamber through the return air duct and evenly passes through two layers before being discharged outside the drying chamber (cross flow circulation). It takes about 40 minutes for a batch of grain to circulate in the warehouse.
