Overview

The AMH-MINI experimental micro jet homogenizer adopts a hydraulic boosting mode to provide homogenization power. Its hydraulic station can output homogenization pressure of up to several hundred Mpa at a lower pressure of tens of Mpa. In this state, the hydraulic power unit can continue to operate stably while ensuring high homogenization pressure. Working Principle:

The high-pressure fluid rapidly passes through the narrow gaps of the dispersing unit, and the rapid decrease in pressure inside the fluid forms a supersonic flow velocity. The collision, cavitation, and leakage of particles inside the fluid, as well as the shear force acting on the splitting of nano-sized fine molecules, exist in a homogeneous state. The diamond micro hole channel injection technology can obtain extremely small and uniform nanoscale particle size distribution results, and the hydraulic boosting power mode can provide a stable working pressure of up to 200Mpa.

Compared with high-pressure homogenizers, its diamond microchannel jet technology can achieve smaller and more uniform nanoscale particle sizes, making it suitable for applications with higher particle size distribution requirements and added value.

2. The core homogenization component is the diamond interaction chamber. Unlike the homogenization valve with adjustable clearance in ordinary high-pressure homogenizers, its internal micro channels are fixed in size and cannot be adjusted. When using the same type of diamond interaction chamber and under the same homogenization process parameters, it can ensure that the particle size results of products between batches are very stable.

3. The production capacity amplification of the microjet homogenizer is achieved through the parallel arrangement of micro pores inside the diamond interaction chamber. Multiple micro pores with the same aperture as the experimental machine, combined with a high-power booster pump, can achieve linear amplification of the research and development process. Production equipment can increase production capacity without changing the homogenization effect.
