The fully automatic metallographic specimen embedding machine is a multifunctional water-cooled embedding machine used for embedding various specimens. For small, difficult to handle, or irregular workpieces to be embedded. After embedding, it is easy to perform grinding and polishing operations on the workpiece, and it is also beneficial for users to observe the material's microstructure more conveniently under a metallographic microscope.

This machine can automatically heat and pressurize, and after pressing, it will cool down and stop automatically. Open the top cover, press the up button, and the sample will automatically rise to retrieve the part.

Note: Limited to thermosetting materials (such as bakelite powder), temperature has been adjusted/controlled.
