working principle:

The materials are evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder and moved inside the dryer by the transmission device. The dryer consists of several units, with each unit having independent hot air circulation. Some of the exhaust gas is discharged by a dedicated dehumidification fan, and each unit has a regulating valve to control the exhaust gas. The hot air passes through the mesh belt covered with materials from top to bottom or from bottom to top, completing the process of heat and mass transfer, and taking away the moisture of the materials. The mesh belt moves slowly, and the running speed can be freely adjusted according to the material temperature. The dried finished product continuously falls into the feeder. The upper and lower loop units can be flexibly configured according to user needs, and the number of units can also be selected as needed.

It can be applied to the dehydration and drying of sheet, strip, block, and granular materials in industries such as food, agricultural and sideline products, dehydrated vegetables, traditional Chinese medicine, aquatic products, local specialties, feed, and chemical raw materials.
