1、 Instrument Overview:

This device is a new manual hot press developed by our company based on the market hot press and with the advice and support of university teachers. Multiple optimizations and improvements have been made this time, achieving precise temperature control and solving the previous problem of only being able to control temperature in one section. In addition, anti scalding safety tips have been added, making it suitable for laboratory use.

3、 Machine operation guide:

1. Setting steps:

Plug in the power, start the switch, and the device enters the power on stage. The screen automatically lights up and enters the main interface. Press the 【 Settings 】 button on the screen to enter the settings page:

>Heating stage: 1-5 stages, freely set;

>Mold types: circular, square, irregular (optional). When selecting a circle, it is necessary to accurately input the diameter of the mold; When selecting a square, it is necessary to accurately input the length and width dimensions of the mold; When the mold is not circular or standard square, only the mold can be selected as irregular, and there is no need to input the mold size. Of course, it is also impossible to automatically calculate the pressure that the mold can withstand.

>Mold pressure: Automatically calculate the pressure that the mold can withstand based on the set pressure value, mold type, and mold size.

>Save and Return: When all data settings are complete, click the save button to enter the main interface and start the heating program

2. Data management: Data is automatically saved after each use for easy comparison and viewing, deletion or clearing.

3. Zero pressure setting:

Routine operation: When the upper and lower heating plates are not in contact, reset and confirm the zero position. Note: After a certain pressure point is reset to zero, it will always be assumed that this point is zero

4、 Maintenance and precautions:

1. After each experiment, it is necessary to promptly clean the surface residue of the machine, especially the scattered powder, water stains, oil stains, etc. near the oil cylinder, screen, and circuit. More attention should be paid to the dirt of conductive or corrosive materials, and timely cleaning and maintenance should be carried out;

2. Regularly check if the machine bolts are secure and if any problems are found,firstTime is tight, we must not be careless;

3. When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to cut off the power and attach a thin film to the surface of the touch screen;
