Improvement of product oil leakage problem:

1. The threaded hole and oil tank of the traditional tablet press column are connected. When the tablet press is depressurized, the column will leak oil out, while the integral structure does not have this problem;

2. The traditional oil discharge valve stem of a tablet press is usually sealed with two rubber rings. We have added three rubber ring seals to reduce the probability of oil leakage from the oil discharge valve;

3. The pressure gauges of traditional tablet presses are usually made of copper columns with relatively fine threads. We replaced them with stainless steel pressure gauges and increased the connecting threads to effectively avoid oil leakage problems;

4. The traditional tablet press uses standard diesel engine plungers, which are complex to install and prone to oil leakage. We have adopted customized plungers to solve the problems of universal plungers;

5. Traditional tablet press oil cylinders generally do not have rust prevention treatment, and long-term use may lead to rusting or even oil leakage. We use chrome plated oil cylinders to avoid rusting problems;

6. The traditional tablet press oil cylinder is connected between the thread and the main board, and the rubber ring will deform after long-term use, which may cause oil leakage. However, the integral structure does not have this problem‘

7. When the traditional tablet press machine is assembled with an oil tank and a motherboard, the oil level in the oil tank rises when the tablet press is depressurized, causing oil leakage in the tablet press machine. However, the integral structure does not have this problem;

Precautions for tablet press:

1. During transportation, in order to prevent oil leakage, the screws of the oil injection hole were tightened very tightly. However, the good sealing of the oil tank prevented the hydraulic oil from being sucked into the cylinder and unable to be pressed up normally. During normal use, it is necessary to loosen the screw slightly;

2. When applying pressure, it is important to note that all threads of the screw must enter the upper plate and not just connect a few threads. Prevent deformation of screw threads;

3. Regularly add lubricating oil to the screw. Prevent the lead screw from rusting and affecting its use;

4. Pressurization must not exceed the pressure range of the machine, otherwise danger may occur;

5. It is advisable to use clean No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil for the tablet press;

6. When applying pressure, feel that the manual handle is strong, but the pressure gauge does not indicate. Immediately unload and check the pressure gauge;

7. When a new machine is used or has not been used for a long time, tighten the oil drain valve slightly before use. When the pressure is increased to 5-10MPa, unload it and repeat 2-3 times continuously to use it normally;

8. Do not exceed the specified stroke of the large piston, otherwise it will cause deformation of the tension spring and prevent the oil cylinder from returning to its initial position;

9. The pressure handle of the tablet press cannot be shaken, the pressure gauge cannot be pressed, the screw is loosened, and the low-pressure valve port is blocked by hand. If the pressure handle is shaken, oil will flow out from there. If the oil cannot be blocked by hand, the screw should be restored and tightened;

Steps for using the tablet press:

1. Place the assembled mold in the center position of the tablet press workbench.

2. Tighten the oil drain valve of the tablet press clockwise.

3. Tighten the screw and secure the mold in place.

4. Shake the press handle up and down to achieve the desired pressure.

5. Loosen the oil valve counterclockwise to release pressure.

6. Remove the pressed mold from the tablet press.
