The Kras wheat harvester is mainly used for harvesting crops such as soybeans, corn, wheat, rice, rapeseed, etc. The harvester should also have the functions of stem shredding and scattering, which can crush the harvested crop stems and return them to the field
Kras wheat harvesterPre use inspection:
Before starting the combine harvester, first check if there is engine oil, diesel, and water in the power, then check if the battery is fully charged, check if the wiring is in good condition, fill up the oil and water according to the instructions, fully charge, and then check the tightness of the belt and its chain. If necessary, adjust according to the instructions.
2. Attention should be paid to whether the connecting bolts between the cutter and the moving blade rod are loose, whether the gap between the moving blade and the fixed blade is too large, and whether lubricating oil should be added to areas that are prone to wear according to regulations.
3. Open the back cover of the threshing part, check whether the threshing gear rod is excessively worn, whether the agitator is blocked by foreign objects, and whether the sieve is damaged. If any problems are found, they should be cleaned and repaired in a timely manner.
When checking the chassis, first use a jack to support the vehicle body, check the tightness of the tracks, swing the drive wheels and other wheels by hand, and check if the clearance is too large. If necessary, adjust and repair according to the instructions, and lubricate each lubrication part according to the instructions.
Kras wheat harvesterNotes:
1. Pre harvest reference: Check if all components of the harvester are intact.
2. Drive the MF T5 combine harvester into the field, then pull the grass divider to the working position, lower the grain receiving platform, pull the grain discharge gate to the "open" position, hang the grain bag on the hook of the grain receiving bag, and guide the machine to the vertical position of the field ridge.
3. Debugging the machine: Turn the dust adjustment handle to the "standard" position, select the "high speed" or "low speed" position for the auxiliary transmission handle according to the conditions of the crop, and place the grass removal handle in the "cutting" or "grass removal" position.
4. Lower the cutting platform so that the front end of the divider is 5-10cm away from the surface of the field.
5. Pull the disengagement clutch and the clutch lever to the engaged position.
6. Slowly push the main gear lever forward to start harvesting the machine.
7. When the crop begins to enter the threshing port of the tracked full feed combine harvester, operate the manual adjustment switch for threshing depth to place the ear head at the position where it deviates from the depth indicator mark.
8. After all the crops are harvested, turn the cutting clutch handle to the disengaged position.
9. After the grain outlet stops discharging grain, turn the clutch handle of the thresher to the disengaged position.
10. Check if the switches of each component of the machine are properly turned off.
11. Reduce the throttle and turn off the engine.
12. Drive the harvester back to the storage point and perform certain inspections and maintenance.
