Its nozzle can rotate 360 degrees for spraying, and can also set the rotation angle freely. The spraying distance is between 20~50 meters. It has good dust removal and suppression effect for roads, mines, construction sites and other outdoor places.

This system adopts the atmospheric water mist cleaning method, and sets up high-altitude spray points in the control areas that require dust reduction and haze reduction, combined with the water mist dust reduction method, to form a fully covered micron sized water particle mist curtain in local areas. Through a series of effective combinations such as automated control of this system, the reduction rate of PM2.5 and PM10 in the controlled area can reach about 60% -98%. Each high-altitude spraying point adopts a specially designed high-pressure rotating nozzle, with an effective range of dust and haze reduction water particle diffusion ≥ 20 meters. It is combined with adjacent spraying points to form a large water particle curtain, with a spraying distance of about 50 meters. Each point can be independently controlled, using the principle of wet dust reduction to effectively reduce suspended particles in the air.

Because the atmosphere is constantly flowing under the influence of wind, it generates many uncertain factors. After traditional dust and haze removal systems spray on local areas, fresh air will drift away with the wind, while polluted air will drift over with the wind. So cleaning the air area and conducting PM2.5 and PM10 testing did not significantly reduce it. This is also why many dust and haze prevention measures have been taken, but they have not achieved good results.
