It has complete software and hardware, stable and reliable performance, and is widely used. The pressure calibrator is a portable instrument that can be used for both AC and DC. While measuring pressure, it can also measure current and display it on an LCD screen. It is equipped with a 24VDC output. 1. The high-performance microprocessor of the pressure calibrator continuously corrects the zero point and linearity of the instrument, ensuring good repeatability and stability of the zero point and accuracy of the instrument over a long period of time, and high measurement accuracy.

2Using high-performance CPUs and temperature sensors to automatically compensate for instrument temperature drift, ensuring a wide range of operating temperatures with high accuracy.

3Low power consumption. After the battery is fully charged, it ensures a long continuous working time with high accuracy.

4. Constant current charging, with automatic shutdown and protection functions for overcharging and undervoltage of battery voltage, ensures that the battery is not damaged due to overcharging or undervoltage, and has a long service life (due to long-term disuse, it should be charged every three months).

Pressure full range calibrationPress the pressure key to switch the display to KPa and mmH2Simultaneously display the status, use a standard to pressurize the instrument to full range stability, and press the pressure and current keys at the same time. At this time, the LCD screen will display * line:FS ADJ BThe second behavior measures the pressure value. Indicates that it has entered the full-scale calibration state. At this point, simply press the backlight button to calibrate and automatically exit the full-scale calibration program, entering the normal measurement state.

Full range current calibrationPress the current button to switch the display to display both mA and% simultaneously. Add a stable DC20.000mA standard signal between mA IN and COM, and press the pressure and current keys simultaneously. At this time, the LCD * line displays:FS ADJ BThe second line represents the measured current value, indicating that it has entered the full-scale calibration state. At this point, simply press the backlight button to calibrate and automatically exit the full calibration program, entering the normal measurement state.

Precautions for pressure calibrator:

1When the charging indicator light changes from red to green, stop charging the battery. Long term charging can easily damage high-energy batteries.

2If the instrument is not used for a long time, it should be charged once every three months.

3When the pressure adjustment of the instrument has been adjusted to the Z large or Z small position, it cannot be forcibly adjusted again to prevent damage to the internal components.

4The instrument sensor has sufficient overload capacity, but if it exceeds the overload capacity, there is a possibility of damage to the sensor.

5The silicon diaphragm of the pressure sensor is very thin: solid, particle or other hard objects should be avoided from entering the pressure output, otherwise it is easy to damage the pressure sensor.

6. Instruments should be placed in a well ventilated, dry, and non corrosive location. If there are special requirements,

Insert the probe holder into the green (or blue) probe holder. Connect the red probe to the transmitter“+”Connect the black probe to the transmitter“-”In this way, when the instrument provides 24VDC power to the transmitter, the circuit current displays the zero point current value of the pressure transmitter on the instrument LCD.

7Charging power supply: The instrument is equipped with an external switch power supply, connected to the mains 220V AC, to charge the high-energy nickel hydrogen battery of the instrument. When the charging indicator light is red, it is in charging state. When the charging indicator light is green, it indicates that the battery is fully charged. Remove the switch power supply and do not leave the instrument for a long time under low voltage. It should be charged in a timely manner.

8. Pressure output 1 and 2: When calibrating the transmitter or other online instruments, connect the transmitter or other online instruments to this interface using the provided hose to achieve detection and measurementQuantity. To calibrate the pressure gauge, simply plug this interface to check the airtightness of the hand pump system. The pressure detection range is from -98~100kPa (for each gear).

10Air pump and fine-tuning: The air pump is a manual pressure system, and fine-tuning is a fine adjustment of the pressure value. When the pressure display value deviates up and down, fine-tuning is performed. The instrument is a static pressurization system, so when pressurized to full range, the numerical value decreases rapidly. In practical operation and use, please press the instrument display after the alarm is triggered when the full range is exceededOVERRANGE!PStabilize for 2-3 minutes, then slowly adjust with fine-tuning to adjust the display value accurately (repeatedly adjust up and down several times).

11If the instrument range is 0At around 100kPa: There is no toggle switch on the instrument. Two pressure output interfaces are connected to the tested instrument using the provided hose for calibration. When using, please use the palm of your right hand to push the hand pump forward with force. When the pressure is too high, adjust it up and down slightly.
