Powered by an oil-free compressor, it absorbs filtered external air to form high-pressure gas inside the compressor, which then enters the gas storage tank and undergoes pressure reduction, purification, stabilization, drying, and other treatments to output pure air, which can be used as a gas source for gas chromatography.

Due to the function of the oil-free compressor starter, the instantaneous voltage during startup is several times higher than that during normal operation. To avoid interference with other instruments during the startup of the oil-free compressor, it is recommended to use an AC stabilized power supply.

During the working process, if the compressor does not start and the thermal protection relay starts, it indicates that the compressor temperature is too high. It will automatically return to normal after cooling.

3. Observing the color changing silicone through the observation window, users can replace it with a new silicone or perform drying treatment as needed.

To ensure gas purity, the instrument needs to replace activated carbon (20-40 mesh, pencil lead type) every 1000 hours of operation.

5. The air inlet filter needs to be cleaned regularly (ultrasonic cleaning can be used) to maintain smooth air intake, otherwise it may cause the oil-free compressor to heat up or even burn out.
