How to choose DMT143 dew point meter

The Vaisala Dew Point Meter DMT143, equipped with Vaisala sensors, is highly suitable for all small compressed air dryers, plastic dryers, and other OEM applications.

The Vaisala DMT143 dew point meter can be directly installed in a pressure system of 50 bar (725 psi). Vaisala DRYCAP ® Sensor technology has long-term high-performance performance. This sensor is resistant to humid environments, so the DMT143 transmitter can perform very well in industrial applications with water splashes, including pipeline condensation during process system failures or start-up phases. The sensor is also highly resistant to particulate impurities, oil and gas, and most chemical gases, and is not sensitive to changes in flow rate.

The calibration cycle is longer, with the DMT143 dew point meter of the dryer having a calibration cycle of up to once every two years. In addition, by using Vaisala's DM70 handheld dew point meter, DMT143 can be compared online to confirm its performance without having to disassemble it from the system. If calibration is required, please send it to Vaisala's service center. When the process is running normally, the automatic calibration software is also working online. When the measurement accuracy cannot be guaranteed, the correction work is automatically carried out.

Easy to install, DMT143 dew point transmitter has many features to choose from, including different output modes, installation options, and alarm LED lights. Due to its compact size and light weight, DMT143 can be easily and quickly installed in small spaces or small-sized pipelines. The LED light can trigger an alarm for ultra-high dew point, and the factory can set the trigger point in advance. It can also be reset using Vaisala's DM70 handheld meter or a PC meter.
