Product Overview:

The peripheral transmission scraper is a type of mud discharge equipment. Used in large diameter circular sedimentation tanks for urban sewage treatment plants, waterworks, and industrial wastewater treatment to remove sludge settling at the bottom of the tank and scum from the surface of the tank.

Working principle of scraper:

The driving device drives the scraper to rotate around the center of the sedimentation tank. After the raw water is settled in the sedimentation tank, the supernatant is discharged from the overflow weir plate. The sludge that settles at the bottom of the tank slowly flows along the bottom of the tank under the push of the logarithmic spiral curve scraperIn the mud collection tank, it is discharged through the mud discharge pipe. At the same time, the floating debris on the pool surface is concentrated in the area between the floating debris scraper and the floating debris baffle. When the working bridge passes through the floating debris discharge cylinder on the pool surface, the floating debris discharge cylinder is pressed below the liquid level, and the floating debris is discharged outside the pool through the discharge cylinder.

Purpose:
