LMI Milton Roy metering pump GM seriesSimple, economical, and sturdy, designed for efficient water treatment applications with low pressure and high flow rates. Capable of handling flow rates of up to 175psi and 475gph (1800l/h). Combining the design and production process of heavy-duty industrial drive technology, this mechanical driven diaphragm pump reduces flow restrictions, reduces the possibility of hydraulic oil contamination by the medium, and ensures safe transportation.
Advantages:
Design is concise. The pump has fewer movable parts and is designed to be compact and lightweight.
More flexibility. The G series features a variable frequency drive with stroke adjustment. There are three foot sizes to choose from, with multiple hydraulic ends available for selection.
Reliable performance. Corrosion resistant plastic or aluminum casing can reduce the heat accumulation generated by high-performance motors in harsh environments.
Long term cost advantage. This pump has reliable performance, minimal maintenance, and reduces the overall cost of using the pump throughout its entire lifecycle.

Application: The GM series metering pump is suitable for various applications such as chemical dosing, water treatment and sewage treatment plants, industrial processes, agriculture, etc. These pumps have reliable performance and are capable of adding various chemical agents, such as ferric chloride, aluminum sulfate, high molecular weight polymers, alkali metals, sodium hydroxide, acids, anti scaling and anti foaming agents, as well as other coagulation/flocculent substances, slurry treatment, pH control and adjustment, and desalination.

Automatic control mode selection
Electric stroke controller
Accept external control signals, adjust the stroke length of the metering pump, and thereby change the output flow rate of the metering pump.
Choose HE type for G series metering pumps. The GB series can choose ECC explosion-proof type.
• Variable frequency controller
Accept external control signals and adjust the stroke speed of the metering pump.
Power supply: 380V/50Hz three-phase/220V/50Hz single-phase
Control signal: 4-20mA
Motor switch controller (VARIPULSE)
Reverse applied to GM series metering pumps, used to control three-phase motors, change stroke frequency, and thereby regulate the output flow of the metering pump.
