Overview
The Stable LCR Tester 1J6500P is a high-precision high-frequency component analyzer with many useful features. The graphical scan of two measurement parameters is available and displayed on a clear, large, color monitor. The sweep parameters include frequency, drive level, and DC bias. The available display formats include series or parallel equivalent circuits. Capable of equivalent circuit analysis. This allows for modeling and curve fitting of various equivalent circuit models.
