The motor drives the gear to be transmitted to the main shaft through a synchronous belt. After the gear is variable, the main shaft rotates at the required speed. The main shaft drives the eccentric wheel to make the sliding plate move back and forth, driving the test screen installed in the sliding plate tray to shake left and right. At the same time, the main shaft drives the top rod gear to rotate. After the gear is variable, the top rod gear hits the top rod through the cam, and the top rod causes the hammer to hit the top cover of the test screen up and down, causing the materials in the test screen and sample screen to vibrate back and forth and up and down. The material particles smaller than the standard test screen mesh are screened into the lower test screen. This is done layer by layer, so that only materials of the same particle size are left in each test screen. Achieve separation of different particle sizes and determine the particle size composition of this material.

Method for checking the direction of motor rotation: Before turning on the machine, lift the top rod and then turn it on again. At this time, check the direction of motor rotation. If it is not correct, exchange the wire ends of two phases in the three-phase system and try again. Confirm the correct direction before using it normally.
2. The equipment must be fixed before operation. Fixed with foot screws, the equipment can be fixed on the cement floor with expansion screws.
3. Install the test sieve: Loosen the fastening screws of the tray, move the tray downwards, and load the standard test sieve (sample sieve, standard sieve) loaded with materials. Then lift the tray to the appropriate position, tighten the fastening screws, cover the flip cover, put down the hammer iron, and set the time to start the machine.
4. The equipment is equipped with a timing device, and users can adjust the usage time. It will automatically shut down when turned on. The first two digits of the adjustment time are minutes, and the last two digits are seconds. Users can adjust the running time according to their own needs.
5. The tapping height of the equipment should be adjusted before leaving the factory. If the user needs it, they can also loosen the fastening nut, adjust the thread of the top rod head to raise or lower it to the appropriate position, and then tighten the nut.
6. Skateboards, fuel injectors, etc. should be refueled regularly.
