Features of HTS-SCR series high-voltage pulse switch: Applications: Laser and medical industries, university laboratories, research institutes, etc. 1. Products based on thyristor technology. 2. Multiple thyristors are connected in series or parallel inside the switch to form an SCR switch. 3. The SCR switch will be in the cut-off state before triggering; After being triggered by a low-voltage trigger signal, the switch will remain in a conducting state until the current drops below the cutoff current, and then automatically return to the cutoff state, waiting for the next trigger. 4. SCR high-voltage pulse switch is particularly suitable for situations with high current, high voltage, and low switching speed requirements.

Technical description: The BELLKE push-pull switch has a large rise and fall time. If your application does not require full switch speed, we recommend using the speed limit option S-TT (slowing down rise and fall time by about 50%) in combination with the input low-pass filter option LP. These options help to minimize the typical high-frequency difficulties of fast high-voltage pulse circuits (such as self oscillation or self starting) and simplify EMC design.
