Under low temperature and vacuum conditions, the water and other solvents in the frozen sample are removed from the sample by sublimation, resulting in a dry state of the sample. During the entire freeze-drying process, the spatial structure of the sample remains unchanged and is easily redissolved, ensuring the activity of the sample. Therefore, it is very suitable for drying heat-resistant substances such as enzymes, hormones, nucleic acids, blood, and immune products.
1. The drying chamber is integrally formed. No adhesion, high strength, no leakage.
2. Cold trap pre freezing function.
3. Guide tube technology shortens the drying cycle.
4. Special sample cold trap low-temperature drying function.
5. Inflatable valve, can be filled with nitrogen or inert gas for storage after drying.

For some high molecular weight drugs with irregular network structures, quick freezing can quickly solidify them in the drug solution, allowing the solvent vapor enclosed in them to quickly escape under vacuum conditions, which can actually accelerate the sublimation rate.
Preparation before startup:
1. Connect the external circuit of the freeze-drying machine: Connect the external power cord of the freeze-drying machine to the 230V power outlet.
2. Preparation of freeze-drying chamber: Prepare the required freeze-drying chamber as needed. Before testing the freeze-drying chamber with a vacuum glue valve, the vacuum glue valve must be closed first.
