Installation of sliding contact wire
Our company will provide detailed supplementary materials in a timely manner according to the user's design requirements for the specific installation method of the sliding contact line. The usual installation sequence for the upper sliding contact type is briefly described as follows:
1) Installation bracket
In principle, the bracket should be installed perpendicular to the running track, and all brackets should be kept horizontal with the running track. The installation spacing is 2m per set. In order to ensure the overall straight line of the rigid sliding line, it is required that the longitudinal error of the bracket installation should not exceed 1cm and the transverse error should not exceed 2cm.
2) Installation method
The installation methods of sliding contact lines are divided into three types: top sliding contact, bottom sliding contact, and side sliding contact, usually using top sliding contact.

The installation brackets for sliding contact wires are generally 1.5-2 meters each. In special circumstances, reinforcement measures can be taken to appropriately increase the distance. The inter phase distance between the sliding contact wires should be 400mm. If it is a low resistance sliding contact wire, the inter phase distance can be increased to 450mm.
3) Install insulator components
Fix the insulator component onto the reserved gap hole of the bracket, ensuring that the insulator is straight as a whole.
4) Connect the sliding line
Fix the two ends of the rigid sliding wire with connecting clamps, tighten the screws, and ensure that the sliding wire joint is flat. The length of the sliding wire connecting clamp should be filled to 18-22cm, and the joint gap after connection should be 3-5 (mm).
5) Install temperature compensation device
In order to prevent the expansion of rigid bodies caused by temperature changes, temperature compensation devices are generally designed for rigid body sliding lines, and our factory will specially manufacture them according to the design requirements. During installation, fix the temperature compensation device directly between the two rigid sliding lines. To ensure that the rigid sliding lines can expand and contract under temperature changes, adjust the expansion gap according to the on-site temperature.
6) Maintenance isolation device
The maintenance isolation device is made of epoxy tree finger insulation board, and the installation position is determined according to the factory's requirements. The installation method is the same as that of sliding wire connection. After connection, ensure that the sliding wire joint and the rubber wood are flat.
7) Installation of auxiliary cable fixing clip
The auxiliary cable fixing clip should generally be installed on the inside of the sliding wire.
8) Installation of power supply terminals
The power supply terminal should be installed at the connection of the rigid sliding wire by the company, and the normal power supply methods are middle power supply, two end power supply, or three point power supply.
