Overview

The HR series (BB2) heavy-duty petrochemical process HR series single-stage pump is a horizontal, two end supported, radially split, double volute, single-stage single suction or double suction impeller centrifugal pump. This pump type is mainly developed for centrifugal pumps in important workstations such as high temperature, low temperature, and high pressure in various devices. The inlet and outlet directions of the pump can be freely selected according to the pipeline requirements of the device. The HR series pumps comply with the American Petroleum Institute's API 61010th/API 61011th design standards. Widely used in refining, petrochemicals, coal to oil, coal chemical industry, natural gas processing, seawater desalination, offshore drilling equipment, and other industries under high temperature, low temperature, or high pressure conditions. It can transport corrosive or strongly corrosive media with solid particles, liquefied petroleum gas, and other flammable, explosive, or toxic media. Typical applications include high-temperature tower bottom pumps such as flash bottom oil and constant bottom oil in refining units, semi lean liquid pumps and rich methanol pumps in coal chemical units.
