This machine is equipped with a Ø 203mm grinding and polishing disc and two processing stations, which can be used for grinding and polishing flat surfaces ≤ Ø 80mm. During the grinding process, two processing stations can swing left and right at a certain frequency, while pushing the carrier block to swing left and right. The carrier block rotates on its own while revolving around the grinding disc, causing the sample to move irregularly and ensuring uniform surface quality after grinding. The carrier block equipped with the grinding and polishing machine is a precision cylindrical metal block with high flatness and parallelism, which ensures that the surface of the ground sample also has high flatness and does not chamfer the edges of the sample, making it particularly suitable for samples with high edge requirements. If equipped with appropriate accessories (GPC-50A precision grinding and polishing controller), UNIPOL-802 automatic precision grinding and polishing machine can mass produce high-quality flat grinding and polishing products. The GPC-50A precision grinding and polishing instrument can tightly control the flatness and parallelism of the ground sample. The UNIPOL-802 precision grinding and polishing machine can grind samples by adding abrasive to the grinding disc, or by attaching sandpaper to the polishing disc. The sandpaper or polishing pad is attached by magnetic adsorption, making it easy to install and remove. The specific choice of sandpaper grinding or abrasive grinding can be based on the material of the sample being ground.
