The odorless aerobic composting reactor is a device used for treating organic waste. Its principle is to decompose organic matter into stable and harmless substances through the action of aerobic microorganisms. Due to being carried out under aerobic conditions, the composting process usually does not produce strong odors, hence it is called a odorless aerobic composting reactor.
The working principle of the odorless aerobic composting reactor mainly includes the following steps:
1. Raw material preparation: Sort and crush the waste to improve composting efficiency.
2. Feeding and mixing: Put the pre treated waste into the reactor and mix it thoroughly with auxiliary materials (such as sawdust, straw, etc.).
3. Fermentation: In the reactor, aerobic microorganisms begin to decompose organic matter, producing high temperatures while consuming oxygen. During this process, the composting temperature usually rises to 55-65 degrees Celsius, killing harmful substances such as pathogens and parasite eggs.
4. Ventilation and flipping: By implementing measures such as forced ventilation or flipping, the supply of oxygen in the reactor is ensured to maintain a good aerobic environment.
5. Maturity and discharge: After a period of fermentation, the compost reaches a stable state and can be discharged. The compost after discharge can be used as fertilizer
