3Basic components of the instrument
The testing device consists of three main parts:
3.1control circuit
The control circuit consists of a computer, PLC controller, input/output devices, automatic drainage, and automatic mixing. According to different oil products, users can freely set the heating temperature, high-voltage electric field strength, and time control. When the oil composition is complex and strong electrolytes are encountered, the instrument automatically enters overcurrent protection. When the overcurrent factor does not exist, the high-voltage electric field can be automatically restored. If the temperature is out of control or the pressure is too high, the power will be automatically cut off and an audible and visual alarm will be issued, which improves the safety factor of instrument operation.
3.2Dehydration tank
The dehydration tank is composed of an oil injection port, a main tank body (i.e. dehydration tank), automatic cleaning, electrode electric field dehydration, cooling, gas path, water path, oil path, and control valve body.
3.3Atmospheric pressure evaporation synthesizer
The evaporation synthesizer is a key component of precision dehydration, consisting of a cold well, refrigeration system, oil-water separation chamber, etc. Its function is to automatically reflux light oil, separate and discharge water.
3.4Pressure evaporation synthesizer
It is composed of a cold well, refrigeration system, distillation receiving chamber, and other components, similar to the atmospheric evaporation synthesizer.
3.5automatic cleaning
(1) Inject 1L of kerosene or diesel into the cleaning bucket, turn on the power, and turn on the cleaning switch.
(2) Open the drain valve of the dehydration tank and discharge the cleaning waste oil.
(3) When observing and cleaning the waste oil until it is relatively clean, it proves that the tank has been thoroughly cleaned. The drain valve can be closed and opened to clean the residual crude oil in the drain pipe.
4The use and precautions of the instrument
4.1Preparation of instruments
4.1.1First, check whether all parts of the transported instrument are intact and whether the relevant connecting wires have come off. After confirming that there are no errors, proceed to the next step.
4.1.2Connect the power input line to the three-phase four wire distribution panel. If there is no three-phase power supply, the three-phase input lines can be connected in parallel220VAC power supply, but220VThe power of the AC power supply must be matched and well grounded.
4.2Use of instruments
4.2.1Inject crude oil into the main tank, or add a certain amount of water, turn on the main power supply and various sub power supplies in the control cabinet, and start the computer.
