1) The shape of the rotor: The smaller the contact area between the rotor and the bottom of the container, the better to reduce friction; The rotor also requires high balance and a large contact area for good stability, so the two need to be balanced;
2) The relationship between rotor length and solution volume: use a small stirrer for small capacity and a large stirrer for large capacity;
3) The shape of the bottom of the container: Circular bottom containers have a converging effect on small agitators, making their rotation more stable. Flat bottom containers do not have this effect, so small agitators are prone to revolution while rotating.
