When the burst pressure exceeds 40 PSI (2.76 barg), the marked burst pressure can reach up to 95%, and the minimum burst tolerance can reach 95% at 40 PSI (2.76 barg) and below.
Even at the lowest available burst pressure, it is possible to achieve a 95% operating ratio of over 100000 cycles from complete vacuum circulation.
Disk seal and ring material: Hastelloy ® C276 and 316/316L stainless steel.
Suitable for gas and liquid applications.
Optional FEP or PFA fluoropolymer liners can be ordered on the process side, with a minimum burst pressure of 30 PSI (2.07 barg) and a maximum temperature of 400 ° F (204 ° C).
