Operation of paddle mixer system:

4.1 Operators must have a job operation certificate or corresponding qualifications, and their scope of responsibilities and personnel management should have strict regulations. For personnel who have not operated it before, they must undergo excellent training and pass the training before they can proceed with the operation.

4.2 Operators need to read and familiarize themselves with the instructions before proceeding with the operation.

4.3 Before starting the dosing and mixing system, the operator needs to check whether the motor insulation is qualified, whether the motor bearings, intermediate bearings, and gearbox have been oiled according to regulations, whether the connecting bolts of each part are tightened, and whether the coupling is firmly connected.

4.4 Test the turning gear and notify the electrician to close and power on the motor.

4.5 Press the start button to make the mixer operate normally.

4.6 After the normal operation of the dosing and mixing system, it is necessary to2Conduct an hourly patrol inspection. Check if the motor temperature and bearing temperature are normal. If the motor temperature and bearing temperature exceed75℃Then the machine should be stopped immediately, and the cause should be identified and repaired by maintenance personnel.
